Important Booking Instructions: To unlock access to our in-home care, all new clients must complete a mandatory INITIAL VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT first. When booking, please select either Nancy or Metayha from the staff list to schedule this session. Please note that the final assignment of your in-home field nurse is dependent on your physical location, as our staff availability varies by region.

Payment Options: We bill directly to insurance, but if you prefer to pay upfront, you can pay by credit card, or by e-Transfer. Please sent e-Transfers to: mkelly@trustytriage.com. We are set up for auto deposit, so no security question is needed. Please include your invoice number in the message.
Hours of Operation: Open 9am-9pm virtually, and 9am-7pm in-home DAILY. Note: Mandatory daily block 1pm-3pm. Closed on Holidays.
Our treatment plans are listed at $0.00 for booking purposes. TrustyTriage provides direct billing to ProviderConnect, Medavie Blue Cross, NIHB, and more! We verify your coverage before we start-you’ll know your exact out-of-pocket expense (if any) before your appointment. Your specific plan fees will be finalized and billed to your insurance after your initial assessment.
